Dear friends,
we are happy to announce that, after the success of the previous edition, on Friday May 29 we will present the 3rd edition of the Italian Bluegrass Meeting on the Fortress entrance stage.
There will be performances,  jam sessions, workshops with the bluegrass music as protagonist. The program will include bands and soloists and will be non stop from 10am to 7pm.
After the visit of Tim O’Brien at last year’s edition, we will present in this edition Mark Johnson & Emory Lester (banjo, mandolin, guitar & vocals) and Russ Barenberg, the great flatpicking guitarist. They will lead workshops and seminars of banjo clawhammer, mandolin and guitar during the day and will perform on the main stage in the evening concerts.
There will be also other workshops of banjo bluegrass, vocal and doublebass.

The coordinator of the Bluegrass Meeting is as always Danilo Cartia, banjo player, who organised perfectly last year’s edition.
